Soundaraiah Hospital
More Than a Hospital – A Family of Care Since 1971
Our story began not with a building, but with a belief — that every human being deserves compassionate, honest, and accessible healthcare. That belief lived in the heart of Dr. S. Soundaraiah, a highly respected and selfless medical practitioner from Parkal, Warangal District.
In an era where resources were limited but humanity was abundant, Dr. Soundaraiah dedicated his life to healing people — not just their bodies, but their lives. Known across the region for his helping nature, he treated rich and poor alike with equal kindness, often waiving fees and providing medicines at his own cost.
A Historic Beginning
To serve patients more comprehensively, he established Santhosh Clinic & Nursing Home on 13th June 1971, with a vision of creating a centre for ethical and affordable care. The inauguration was conducted by Dr. K. R. Prasada Rao, M.S., then Superintendent of M.G.M. Hospital, Warangal.
Since that day, the clinic has become a pillar of trust for lakhs of families — a place where generations have found care, healing, and hope.
